VIEW SPECIFICATIONS →The 8000RSM is built for sealed roll-swaged connections of aluminum alloy, steel and titanium tubing with standard fittings. Its dual-head configuration allows the machine to cover both small and large tube sizes within one integrated platform.
Two touchscreen interfaces support convenient setup, monitoring and operation.
Both work heads can operate simultaneously for increased flexibility and production efficiency.
Supports tube outside diameter ranges of Ø6–38 mm and Ø32–100 mm.
Small-head torque: 0–35 N·m. Large-head torque: 15–300 N·m. Torque can be customized.
The 8000RSM combines PLC control, pneumatic fixture clamping, mandrel follow-feed and three-rail guided moving components to support concentric alignment, reliable forming and efficient operation.
Automatic fixture clamping and pneumatic expander advance / retract improve operating efficiency.
The mandrel advances with the forming process for controlled tube-end swaging.
Moving components such as the expander and motor are arranged on three guide rails to maintain concentricity.
Compatible with EATON / Harrison tooling and adaptable to other qualified tooling systems.
The supplied brochure identifies applications including HB5966, AS18280, AS1650 / AS5830, BAC5001-5, ABS1375 and ABS0395 roll-swaged fittings and sleeves. The machine is intended for 28 MPa, 35 MPa and 0.8 MPa systems used in aerospace, space, marine and other high-reliability fields.
