The 5000RSM is designed for sealed internal roll-swaging connections of aluminum alloy, steel and titanium tubing with standard fittings used in high-pressure systems up to 28 MPa / 35 MPa.

The machine integrates PLC control, a 10-inch touchscreen, pneumatic clamping and a guided forming mechanism. Moving components are arranged on three guide rails to maintain concentric alignment and reduce tooling marks during operation.
Guided alignment of the expander and drive components supports concentric tube-end forming and helps reduce internal scratching when matched with appropriate large-radius tooling.
Close-coupled drive, tooling and clamping components provide a compact mechanical path for controlled tube-end swaging operations.
The supplied brochure lists applications including HB5966, AS18280, AS1650 / AS5830, BAC5001-5, ABS1375 and ABS0395 style roll-swaged fittings and sleeves.
