REALSON TECH officially releases its upgraded flagship model, the 5000-RSM fully automatic tube rolling machine, specially optimized for aerospace, defense aviation and marine precision pipeline manufacturing requirements.

This new generation equipment adopts a closed-loop constant pressure servo control system and high-precision positioning drive module, which greatly enhances the stability of tube wall thickness machining accuracy and circularity consistency during mass production. It is compatible with titanium alloy, stainless steel, aluminum alloy and high-temperature superalloy thin-walled tubes, fully compliant with international SAE aerospace manufacturing specifications.

Dual working modes including fully automatic CNC programming and manual fine-tuning are integrated inside the machine, which can adapt to large-scale continuous batch production as well as small-batch customized trial processing scenarios. The whole mechanical structure has been vibration reduction optimized, effectively lowering operating noise and friction loss, extending the overall service life up to more than 800,000 working cycles.
